Payment, Rescheduling, Cancellations, & Refunds

Payment

• As an independent freelancer, I do not start prepping, making maps, creating encounters or anything at all until I have received payment. I have been burned and flaked on too many times to make that blunder again. I don't show up and wing it, I spend an 8 hour shift carefully prepping the session to the best of my ability before traveling and improvising off of it for 4 hours. Most of the time, that 8 hour shift turns in 10 or 12+ when making maps, painting minis, and creating hand-outs/props. My time is valuable, and the client paying upfront ensures that it will not be wasted.

Rescheduling

• If the session must be rescheduled, please inform me A.S.A.P. so I can adjust.

  • If a specific session has been rescheduled three times already and falls through a fourth time, the session will be cancelled permanently and not refunded.

Cancellations

• If for any reason the session must be permanently cancelled, it must be done within 24 hours of payment to receive a refund. If it is past this period, I've already begun work on the session, adjusted my schedule, & possibly refused other work.

Refunds

• I can only give out a refund if you have cancelled within 24 hours after payment or I am unexpectedely unable to make the agreed upon game session date, both of which entitle you to a full refund.
